We loved the location of this place, right next to the ski lift in the mountains. It was so convenient to have the ski slope just a few steps away from the hotel. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping taking great care of our room. The room amenities, including the sitting area and terrace, provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the cozy carpeted floor. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities, such as the sauna and swimming pool, were a wonderful way to relax after a day of skiing.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Platzhirsch Alm, which can be found only 200 ft away, was a fast option. We would return there, when we stay in Schladming.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was within walking distance to the main attractions and public transportation that we needed. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet which was delicious and set us off for a day of work. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a business trip.

The staff at the hotel were not very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. It made us feel like we were a burden to them and we didn't feel valued as guests. Additionally, the WiFi was not very reliable, which made it difficult to work efficiently. while the room and location were great, the staff could have done a better job in making us feel welcome and the WiFi could have been stronger.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't very reliable and the speed was quite slow.

During our Easter vacation, we stayed at a hotel located close to ski lifts, bars, and restaurants. the room was new and clean, and we particularly appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the availability of lactose-free milk and yogurt during breakfast. the hotel offered a summer card that allowed us to explore the nearby mountains for free.

We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the unfriendly staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. the coffee was of poor quality, and the overall food was just fair.
